Another Day....Another Chocolate
Welcome to Charbonneau's... My name is Sheila, and I am the manager of the company. The life of a chocolatier is sweet.

Today we are making Reindeer Noses and Reindeer poo-poo.....
oh the things that we come up with! Sometimes we come up with 2-3 new ideas a day... 95 % of them never are made... but are
fun to think up none the less. Amber, by trusted Assistant Manager has a very vivid imagination, as well as my 11 year-old
son Curtis. If we made up everything we thought off.... it gives me the shivers to think about it! Well it's time to temper
the chocolate. TTYS!
