Another Day....Another ChocolateWelcome to Charbonneau's... My name is Sheila, and I am the manager of the company. The life of a chocolatier is sweet.
I hope you enjoy my thoughts each day as I "blog".
Today we are making Reindeer Noses and Reindeer poo-poo.....
oh the things that we come up with! Sometimes we come up with 2-3 new ideas a day... 95 % of them never are made... but are
fun to think up none the less. Amber, by trusted Assistant Manager has a very vivid imagination, as well as my 11 year-old
son Curtis. If we made up everything we thought off.... it gives me the shivers to think about it! Well it's time to temper
the chocolate. TTYS!

Bruce and Sally Johnson founded Charbonneau's Chocolate Company in July of
2002. Bruce, is a builder, entrepreneur, mechanical guru, chocolate connoisseur...and addict. Sally is creative, thrifty,
and has ingenious ideas. They planned, built, and successfully made Charbonneau's what it is today.
Together with their six children, and 28 grandchildren, they enjoy living in the Bitterroot valley. They all contribute
to the family business.
